        Better than we found it

I want to live in a world where dignity does not depend on luck. As a leader, we have a unique potential to contribute to the lives of others. I believe it matters how we turn our emotional, intellectual, and financial capabilities into action to shape strategically what we leave behind for the next generations. This is what I call conscious and long-term, personal legacy architecture for the good of others.

Legacy Leadership & Architecture (lecture or 13-week-course)

Legacy is the multiplier of goodwill and potential. What does it take to become a legacy leader? During the weeks, we understand the bigger picture from the socio-economic background, future perspectives, and scientific studies. I encourage students to become leaders who choose to widen their time horizons and have a long-term vision. Who turns their emotional, intellectual and financial capability into action to shape strategically what they leave behind for the next generations.

We think about value creation primarily as business value creation. Ok, sometimes with some social impact on the side. A balanced view would benefit many levels - individual, team, company, community, and society. Leaders have a great deal of potential at hand to define and support change. Legacy is the value-driven and long-term vision of this change. Think about your legacy right at the beginning of your journey when you decide to become a leader, not just before the end is best. During the course, we design a potential legacy architecture as a roadmap for our leadership future. It's different than impact leadership and philanthropy. Not better or worse, but different.

The Evolution of My Role Models (lecture)

Role models are critical for a child's growth and development. I show how my idols turned into more clarified profiles, how I grabbed the values out of the success stories to vision, and built a new type of role model, which might be not just individuals but teams and especially conscious business players. The reachable role models helped me become who I am today.
